THERMOFORMING
The heart of our production process.
The PS, PVC or PET sheets are heated, vacuum-molded and cooled until they take on their final shape.
Each process is digitally controlled to ensure uniformity and consistent quality.
CUTTING, FINISHING AND QUALITY CONTROL
After forming, each piece is finished with CNC machines and subjected to careful visual and dimensional inspection.
Only products that comply with Canali Group quality standards are sent for packaging.
