PRODUCTS
For over forty years, we have been designing and manufacturing custom thermoformed packaging for major industrial sectors.
Each product is born from a careful functional analysis, to guarantee protection, precision and aesthetic presentation.
We use high-quality materials such as PS, PVC and PET, shaped through internally controlled vacuum thermoforming processes.

Technical packaging
Custom-developed solutions for mechanical, electronic, or industrial components: protection from impacts, dust, and scratches, with materials and geometries specific to the product being packaged.
Thermoformed tray
Used in logistics, assembly, and storage: trays designed to hold components, modules, or kits in automatic or semi-automatic lines. High dimensional accuracy and optimized handling.

Blister
Transparent or colored solutions, made of PS, PVC, or PET, for display or individual packaging. Suitable for consumer products, components, or kits.
(High transparency and visibility)
Inserts and separators
Internal structures designed to maintain order, stability, and separation within packages or secondary packaging, which can be used for shipments, displays, or complete kits.

Bivalve case
The bivalve case represents an innovative packaging solution for displaying a product, acting as a showcase thanks to its double transparent PET or PVC shell. This type of case is ideal for holding small products for display and sales promotion.
Sustainability
At Canali Group, we place sustainability at the heart of our supply chain: we select materials such as PET, PS, and PVC with high recycling potential and reduced environmental impact. Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), for example, is highly recyclable and can be reintroduced into the production cycle, helping to reduce emissions and waste.
We also guarantee design that is attentive to recyclability (“design for recycling”), choosing materials compatible with collection and reuse processes.
Choosing Canali Group means not only having thermoformed packaging tailored for industry, but also embracing a responsible approach to the environment and the circularity of materials.
